This Returns & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through www.gileara.com, operated by MB Ara Studio, trading under the brand name GileAra.

We aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may request a return under the conditions below.


1. Return Conditions

Items are eligible for return if they:

  • are unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • include all original tags and packaging
  • are requested for return within 14 days of delivery

All returned items are inspected upon arrival. Returns may be refused if items show signs of wear, damage, or use.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • limited drop items marked as Final Sale
  • custom or personalized products
  • gift cards

3. How to Start a Return

Please include:

  • your order number
  • the item(s) you wish to return
  • the reason for the return

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where:

  • the item arrived damaged
  • the wrong item was delivered
  • an error occurred on our side

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or missing return shipments.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • you will receive a confirmation email
  • your refund will be issued to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or product:

  • return the original item
  • place a new order through the store

This ensures faster processing.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • clear photos of the issue
  • a brief description

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
